Backlit access control

We have news for you, our access control now lights up in the dark!

In addition to the four classic LEDs on the side, LabKey, the backlit access control, now also lights up the buttons on the keyboard. Depending on your taste, you can choose to keep only the keyboard illuminated to give LabKey a more sober look, or you can also activate the four blue LEDs located at the corners of each control device to give the reader a more striking style. Moreover, green LEDs have been implemented to signal when access is granted.

The stylistic choice was to maintain a controlled look, which is why the keypad emits a soft and gentle glow so as not to attract the curious, thieves or vandals and to allow greater privacy while typing the access code.

Despite the variety of flat and touchscreen control devices on the market, we have chosen to remain a reader with raised buttons to ensure maximum performance. As it is now more important than ever to limit contact with external surfaces, entering the code into the backlit access control can also be done through using personal items or while wearing gloves. Our keypad is also ideal for visually impaired people because the buttons are raised and can be felt by touch.

LabKey combines durability and lightness in a 10×10 cm format and is also compatible with the 503E universal flush mount box. Its material offers easy and immediate installation without invasive intervention, with the added security that in the event of a break-in access will be denied and no data will be lost.
